Legal Disclaimer & Right to Refuse Service

Glimmr Cleaning Services provides janitorial and cleaning services under the following terms:

  1. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: While we strive to deliver high-quality service, results may vary depending on the condition of the property, materials, and surfaces.

  2. Customer Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information about the property and ensure safe, unobstructed access to the premises during scheduled services.

  3. Liability Limitations: Glimmr Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from improper maintenance outside of our services. Our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

  4. No Refunds: All payments and deposits are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  5. Right to Refuse Service: Glimmr Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

    • Conditions are unsafe or hazardous for our staff.

    • The property is outside the agreed scope of work.

    • There is harassment, misconduct, or unreasonable demands from the client.

    • Payments or deposits are not made as required.

  6. Policy Updates: Glimmr Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or amend this disclaimer and related policies at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy – Janitorial Services

At Glimmr Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing reliable and professional janitorial services. Please note the following refund policy:

  • No Refunds on Services: All payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

  • No Refunds on Deposits: Any deposits made to reserve or schedule services are also non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or changes.

  • Service Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue through a follow-up service, but refunds will not be issued.

  • Contract Termination Fee: Early termination of a signed service contract will result in a $150 termination fee, payable immediately upon cancellation. For more information please contact us.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [24 hours/days] in advance of the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or full service charge.

By booking with Glimmr Cleaning Services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy, including deposits and completed services.
